Research carried out this year by Kyocera showed that uncertainty over energy prices in both domestic and commercial markets is likely to be one of the key influencers on businesses efforts to reduce their environmental impacts. It’s a topic that concerns us all for financial and environmental reasons and the likely shape of the future energy markets will be the topic for Kyocera’s eleventh Green Card event taking place at Reading Town Hall on the 25th of November 2008.
Speakers include Tris Denton of the Nuclear Industry Association, who will talk about the place of nuclear in a low-carbon energy policy.
Emma Bollan, of WSP Group who will speak about engaging people in the Carbon debate.
Daniel Curtis of Oxford University will talk about implementing Power Management at Oxford University.
Neeta Dalal of Semplice Energy will speak on ‘Clean Technologies and the Benefits of a Hybridised Energy Solution’
