Kyocera Toner Cassette Returns Service
We currently offer a returns service for all used, genuine Kyocera toner cassettes. We will accept returns for each new, genuine Kyocera toner cassette you purchase. Follow the instructions below to return your cassettes to us.
Instructions
Step 1: Get your returns number by filling in the form below.
Step 2: Place the empty toner cassette together with the waste toner bottle in the bag provided with your new toner. Please reseal this bag
Step 3: Place the sealed bag inside the cardboard box in which your new toner was delivered.
Step 4: Clearly mark the RETURNS NUMBER, your Organisation Name, Address and Postcode on the bottom left hand corner of the box.
Step 5: Send the box to:

Important
This Freepost service will only accept used 100% genuine Kyocera cassettes sent back in the box in which your new Kyocera toner cassette was packed. We reserve the right to recover the cost of processing non-genuine Kyocera toners, or toner cartridges for other manufacturers’ machines, and to suspend the toner returns service for customers who fail to observe this condition.
